John Seex has been practicing, studying and teaching Buddhism for 30 years, most in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition (Tibetan Buddhism) and is also influenced by Zen and the original teachings of the Buddha.
He is married with two kids and practices as a psychotherapist and teaches psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (Bcpc) and is also a member of The Karuna Training faculty a two year modular programme on contemplative approach to helping others. His other great passions are walking and the allotment, where he is currently involved in Grow an Extra Row, growing for the local Food Hub.
